WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes, once a week. During sessions, we can discuss any issues coming up in your life. It's your time, so we can discuss what is on your mind.

    The therapeutic space allows for a release. Keeping feelings pushed down can have a harmful effect on one's health and overall well-being.

    My goal is to create a comfortable space and a strong therapeutic relationship to explore and delve deep into the problems you may be facing or past issues you want to take a closer look at.

    We can look at the relationship with the problem and how you want to be in relation with the problem that is presenting itself in your life. Identifying what you value will guide how you want to be in the face of whatever problem may be presenting itself now or in the future.
